It's no good just saying "I want to be happy" - you need to decide what it actually is that is stopping you from BEING happy. You need to decide what is MISSING in your life, who or what you want to ATTRACT, or what it is that you want to DO that will make the difference to LIVING THE LIFE THAT YOU WANT.

Secondly:

Through helping you to formulate a plan:

I have many years of experience at planning and managing projects, as well as runnng my own businesses and that experience is available to YOU to help you achieve your own goals in life.

Some times, it's as simple as pointing yourself in the right direction and keeping going until you reach your target. But, having a YEAR PLAN, a 5 year plan, a WEDDING PLAN, a retirement plan, an "I WANT TO BE" plan can be important when you are juggling many options.

Thirdly:

Through guiding you and helping you to keep on track:

With any major change, taking the first step is usually the hardest, but having a hand to hold for a short while as you learn some NEW STEPS will make life a lot EASIER.

Not that I will be a prop or do the work for you - but I will be there to guide and coach you on your best options, or on how to handle a particular situation.

COACHING is a support role to reflect back to you what is not working so that you can see what needs to change.

COACHING will show you other options so that you can step out of old patterns, old grooves and LEARN new ways.

COACHING can inspire you to expand to your fullest POTENTIAL so that you can become who you truly wish TO BE.

COACHING does not feed you each meal, but shows you how to fish so that you can feed yourself.

COACHING does not make your decisions FOR you but helps you to reach YOUR best choice.

COACHING is not an ear for your troubles, but a MIRROR for you to see your problems more clearly.

I believe in personal responsibility - NO ONE can FIX your problems but your SELF. However, you CAN get HELP with HOW to fix them!!
