STEP-BY-STEP

The COACH ME! programme is designed to target these three key areas. It focuses on one specific issue or goal in the context of YOUR LIFE.

Change is usually more easily managed when taken in small chunks and so the programme is geared around INCREMENTAL CHANGE. However, it is not unusal to find that the "chunks" tend to get bigger - the more you do and improve, then the more easily you move into further change and improvements.

We work at YOUR pace and fit solutions to YOUR life.

We start from the basics, we develop a plan and then while you implement the details, I provide coaching support to assist you through each stage.

It is a steady progress, mostly via email, with scheduled telephone meetings as appropriate.

To help you CHANGE YOUR LIFE for the BETTER, I charge AUD$400 per month.

SPECIAL OFFER

For each new "COACH ME!" client, I will add an additional in-depth analysis of your LIFE in general. This is an EXTRA profile which goes beyond the issue for consideration and looks at ALL aspects of your life together. It forms a good overall starting point to help you prioritise your LIFE GOALS, what you DO BEST and what DIRECTION to take.
